Dostoevsky Report is an independent scouting review on development of all drafted and top undrafted prospects who play their hockey in Russia (Superleague, High League, lower divisions, international and regional junior tournaments). 20 pages report is mailed out on the 5th of each month (except for the month of July). 11 annual issues pack includes a pre draft guide (36 pages) mailed out in the first week of June.
